This instrument, which aims to review trends in perceptions and uses of resources for collaboration and scientific communication in these communities, is available online and its implementation takes less than seven minutes to be completed.

The group of Communication Sciences from the Virtual Center for Advanced Studies in High Energies, CeVALE2, from Colombia, has opened a call for physicist of  High Energy and Astroparticle in Latin America to participate in the survey "Study on usage trends and perceptions scientific communication and collaboration: ATLAS, LAGO and Physics of B ¨.

According to the website of the initiative, the research seeks to analyze the scenarios of cooperation and scholarly communication of physicists in selected communities in Latin America, mainly from the use of resources derived from information technologies.

The Virtual Center for Advanced Studies in High Energy (CeVALE2) is a project approved in the Call 487 of RENATA pointing to the creation of a virtual Center with the effort of four Colombian universities: the Industrial Santander University (UIS), the Antonio Narino University (UAN), the Tolima University (UT) and the North Barranquilla University (UNINORTE) and the Scientific Computing National Center, University of Los Andes (CeCalCULA).
