The Colombian city of Cali becomes the stage for the conclave of leading experts in security systems.

Information technology specialists from three continents will speak at an event that will present the latest discoveries and innovative solutions in the field.

Security Zone 2012 is organized by the Systems Engineering Programme at the Universidad Libre of Cali and The Muro Group International. The activity will be held at the Pacific Events Centre in the city of Cali from November 27th to December 1st, 2012.

Attendees will exchange ideas with experts such as Andy Ellis, Wim Remes, Ian Amit, Chris Nickerson, Wendy Nather, Dr. Marco Balduzi PhD and Colombia, Dr. Jeimy Cano, PhD. In addition, experts from Europe, USA, Canada and Colombia will refer to the latest security information, new methods used by "crackers", attack trends and other issues affecting areas such as finance, health, military, education and telecommunications.

One of the most important additions to Zone Security 2012 is the organization ISC2, a global referent for professional certification in computer security, an organization that will offer to the attendees Credits for Professional Education (CPE).
