On January 23, 2013, Ivette Jiménez from Colombia, Paulina López from Chile, Patricia Santiago Jacinto from México and Olga Ferrer Roca from Spain will virtually gather to discuss different aspects related with the complex laboratories. All member institutions of national networks connected to RedCLARA wishing to participate must register their videoconference rooms in the Event Manager.

The Virtual Day on Open Access to Complex Laboratory, Virtual and Tele-operated Labs is an activity organized by RedCLARA and the Network of Virtual and Tele-operated Laboratories of Colombia (e-LAB Colombia, institution led by the Autonomous University of the Caribbean and cofounded by RENATA and COLCIENCIAS).

As part of this event will be the launch e-Lab Colombia, the call to be part of the RedCLARA e-LAB community will be open, will be presented the successful experiences of implementing virtual and tele-operated labs in the academic networks of Mexico (CUDI) and Chile (REUNA), and will be presented the case in the area of telemedicine with the University of La Laguna in Spain, a member of the University Network of e-Health (RUes).
