Scholarships to attend TICAL 2013 is the offer of Internet Society (ISOC) for all participants in the Working Groups of the Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF) that wish to attend to the Third Conference of Directors of Information and Communication Technology from Higher Education Institutions, TICAL2013, to be held on July 8 and 9 in Cartagena de Indias, Colombia.

With this benefit, ISOC will pay for the plane tickets to Cartagena and the cost of conference registration of active students and teachers in the IETF. Recipients will have to bear the costs of lodging and local transportation.
