The process of pre-registration for the workshop: "Introduction to molecular modeling protein" is open for science researchers. The training event is organized by the Scientific Computing Center ULA (CeCalCULA).
The server Bioinformatics Scientific Computing Center ULA (CeCalCULA) has opened the process of pre-registration for the workshop on protein molecular modeling, to be held in Merida, Venezuela, from 2 to May 6, 2011.
The course will be taught by researchers at the Molecular Modeling Group, Center for Molecular Biology "Severo Ochoa" (CBMSO, CSIC-UAM), Spain, and is designed for novice researchers in life sciences interested in molecular modeling, focusing on the study of protein structure, introduction to molecular dynamics of proteins and protein-ligand interactions, drug-oriented design.
The investigators in charge of the training workshop will be Dr. Jesus Gomez and M. Mendieta Sc David Garcia Aristegui, both researchers CBMSO Biomol-Informatics, with vast experience in the field of biochemistry and bioinformatics.
The course duration is 40 hours. Registration is open from January 10 to April 15.
Dr. Jesús Mendieta, one of the investigators in charge of course.
