Conformal Quantum Theories and their Applications is the topic of the Third Physics- Mathematics School, organized by the Departments of Physics and Mathematics, of the University of Los Andes , UNIANDES, in Colombia that will be held from 16 to 20 May 2011.

The school, directed to undergraduate, master's and doctorate students and researchers interested in the topic, consists of a series of courses given by guest speakers Daniel Cabra, National University of La Plata, Argentina; Giuseppe Mussard of SISSA, Trieste, Italy, and Germán Sierra of the Institute for Theoretical Physics UAM / CSIC, Madrid, Spain.

In addition, participants will be able to give talks on topics related to mathematical methods in quantum mechanics, field theory, etc. Those interested in joining the short talks agenda should contact the organizers before 15 April.
