This is a free tool addressed to the Latin-American research communities and academic networks, which allows to create and manage scientific and academic events on-line.
With the RedCLARA Events and Academic Activities Manager you can:
- Manage the complete cycle of your activity, whether if it is a simple one, like a meeting, or as complex as a conference.
- Create a Web environment for your activity containing all the information that you need to publicize, from the basic description to the online registration, including the management of the detailed program, publishing presentations and the generation of related publications.
How to use this service and start managing your event?
After entering the portal, once inside the Events and Academic Activities Manager, if you are:
- A coordinator of a RedCLARA community: please log in with your email and password registered in RedCLARA (do this under the navigation menus, right corner, black button "Login") to activate your registration. After your first login, the authorization to allow you to generate events and activities, will take a maximum of 48 working hours. Please in the section called “Ayuda”, check the user manual for events manager (only in Spanish).
- A RedCLARA community member (not a community coordinator): please contact the coordinator of your community and ask him/her to provide you access to the Events and Academic Activities Manager.
- Not a member of a RedCLARA community: we invite you to register yourself in RedCLARA and to create a new community or to join an existing one.
