A debate on e-Infrastructure and its uses for Science and Education Print

During the next three days, the Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) will bring together dozens of technicians and researchers who discussed the issue of e-Infrastructure and the possible uses for science and education in Latin America during the conference GISELA-CHAIN.

 

From 27 to 29 June in Mexico City, experts from Europe and Latin America will meet in the conference GISELA-CHAIN​​, which can be followed online.

 

The event program includes presentations on technical and organizational experiences in global use of e-infrastructure for scientific and educational environments, in areas like health, telemedicine, environment and cultural heritage preservation.

The event, organized by the Project GISELA, together with the RedCLARA, CUDI, UNAM and the European project CHAIN, discussion intended to derive important conclusions on the issue of e-science in the region.
