RedCLARA promotes Latin American Network of Technology Directors |

The Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) and RedCLARA organized a meeting to form a Latin American Network of Information Technology Directors, in order to seek ways to jointly confront the challenges of knowledge society.
Identify the challenges faced by units of information technology in higher education institutions in Latin America and establish a collaborative network to address them, was one of the main objectives of a meeting between a group of directors of these units were appointment on 18 and January 19 in Santiago de Chile.
The Executive Director of CLARA, Florencio Utreras, gave a presentation that led to a dialogue on the challenges of the Director of ICT. Each participant was also able to make a presentation about their work and coming challenges unique to their country. |
