With the aim to establish a new space for reflection to the exchange of knowledge and good practices related to the management of Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs), in order to contribute with the improvement and optimization of the management and work of universities in the region the Directors Network of Information and Communication Technologies in Latin American Universities (TICAL), with the support of RedCLARA, will held on July 2nd and 3rd 2012, in Lima, Peru, the second regional conference TICAL 2012.

The conference will be focus on the management of ICT in the university, will include presentations related to the management and governance of ICT for development of research, knowledge management, support services to e-Science, Cooperative acquisition , Federated services and monitoring and updating of topics of TICAL 2011.
