The management of the Project will be carried on under the responsibility of CLARA’s Executive Director whose work will be supported by a Project Manager and the Area Managers of CLARA who in their turn will supervise and coordinate the activities of all the Working Groups as indicated in the Block Diagram below. This staff will provide all the support for the activities of the Working Groups and will be responsible for the time issuing of the deliverables and check of the control points.
