To invite the ALICE beneficiaries Bolivia, Cuba, Costa Rica, Honduras, Nicaragua and Paraguay to participate in RedCLARA.

To provide Technical and Management Support to the NRENs in order to help them develop their National Networks

To outreach to, and maintain close cooperation with, the Caribbean Advanced Networks initiative  (CKLN - Caribbean Knowledge and Learning Network).
