<p align="justify">In ALICE2 to ensure regional inclusion is one of the main objectives. This goal is divided in the following objectives:</p><ul><li><div align="justify">Negotiate access to the new telecommunications infrastructures being deployed in Central and South America.</div></li><li><div align="justify">To invite the ALICE beneficiaries Bolivia, Cuba, Costa Rica, Honduras, Nicaragua and Paraguay to participate in RedCLARA.</div></li><li><div align="justify">To provide Technical and Management Support to the NRENs in order to help them develop their National Networks</div></li><li><div align="justify">To outreach to, and maintain close cooperation with, the Caribbean Advanced Networks initiative  (<a href="http://www.ckln.org/" target="_blank" title="Vínculo externo"><font color="#0b55c4">CKLN</font></a> - Caribbean Knowledge and Learning Network).</div></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p>
